1. Access & License

Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased Service for your own personal use. Access may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party.

2. Payment & Billing

• All payments must be made in full or via an agreed-upon payment plan before access to the Service is granted.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or another approved provider.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made on time.
• If a payment fails or is late, access may be paused or revoked until the account is brought up to date.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Services and the limited spots available in our programs, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

No refunds, credits, or extensions will be granted for missed sessions, personal circumstances, or lack of use.

4. Client Support & Communication

Support, communication channels, and access terms will vary depending on the specific product or service purchased and will be outlined clearly at the point of sale or in your onboarding materials.

It is your responsibility to access and use any support features during the timeframe allocated. No additional support will be provided beyond the terms specified for the particular product or service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, materials, and tools shared remain the intellectual property of Jo Robinson.

You are granted a license for personal use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or share materials with others
• Resell or distribute our intellectual property

6. Results Disclaimer

Your results are dependent on your own effort, implementation, and commitment. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, or result. Any case studies or examples provided are for illustrative purposes only.

7. Data & Account Access

If access to tools, platforms, or accounts is required to deliver the Service, you agree to provide login credentials securely via an encrypted system (e.g. 1Password). Access will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed Service and revoked upon project completion or termination.

8. Recordings & Testimonials

Sessions may be recorded for internal use and future training. By participating, you consent to the use of your name, image, or voice unless you explicitly opt out.

Wins, testimonials, or feedback shared may be used in our marketing materials, anonymised unless otherwise agreed. You may opt out by contacting us at: hello@jorobinson.co.uk

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to any Service without refund if:

• Payments are missed or disputed
• You breach these Terms
• Your conduct is disruptive or harmful to others

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with these laws.
